S tudents in grades 2, 4, and 5 have said goodbye to their peers in Greece and North Macedonia from this year's eTwinning project. It has been a year full of new and motivating experiences, allowing us to use our English and European citizenship skills. See you, eTwinning!
Students of CEIP La Goleta have created a collaborative book with children from Greece and North Macedonia as part of our eTwinning project this year, Little European Citizens. The book explains some of the customs of the three partner countries. Each school participated by writing the text, creating images with AI, and recording the reading.

  Celebrating Europe Day and eTwinning We had a wonderful eTwinning meeting with partner schools from North Macedonia and Spain for the project “Little European Citizens: Our Voices, Our Community”.  We celebrated Europe Day by singing “Happy Birthday eTwinning! Happy Birthday Europe!”, blowing out the candle on our cake, and playing a fun Kahoot quiz about Europe!  It was a beautiful experience full of smiles, cooperation, friendship, and European spirit. The children had an amazing time!  Dissemination of our project The 21st Primary School of Lamia, Greece, successfully organized a dissemination event for our eTwinning project “Little European Citizens: Our Voices, Our Community”.  Our students presented the project activities and results to the school community, teachers, staff, and parents.   Happy Birthday Europe and eTwinning! Some of the 5th and 6th grade students celebrated a birthday party for Europe and eTwinning with their classmates from North Macedonia and Greece. They played an online Kahoot quiz to learn more about the project, and then sang Happy Birthday with the partner schools.

  April testing The pupils created songs about  children’s rights and responsibilities  with their partners from other countries. Then, they completed a questionnaire, listened to the songs, and voted for their favourite one. Through this activity, students developed awareness of   children’s rights , strengthened their   collaboration and communication skills , and promoted   respect, active participation, and intercultural understanding .   The students from Spain, Greece and North Macedonia are creating a storybook. The purpose of this collaborative storybook is to bring them together to learn about each other’s cultures in a creative and enjoyable way. Through teamwork and storytelling, students improve their language, digital, and communication skills while developing curiosity, respect, and a sense of European friendship.
